Shipping

It is forbidden to buy and consume CBD to people under 18 years. The buyer certifies, by validating his order on our site, to be over 18 years old and to have taken note of the general conditions in its entirety and accept them. Green Brothers Switzerland SA can in no way be held responsible. Delivery is free in France and Belgium from 49€ of purchase. Elsewhere from 99€. The VAT is included. It is the responsibility of the buyer to study the legislation of his country and he is the only one responsible in case of problems of routing of the parcel. We decline any responsibility in the event of loss of the parcels or of delay on behalf of the postal services.

Returns

It is possible for the buyer to return the products still sealed within 14 days after the effective reception of his order. To do this, you must make a request by contacting our customer service here.

Payment

Payment is made in advance, by credit card or other form of online payment. The goods remain the property of Green Brothers Switzerland SA until full payment is received.

Attention

We guarantee the legality of our products on the sealed bags. Any person who processes the sold product will be prosecuted by our company.

International shipments

The products sold on this website contain less than 0.2% THC, it is up to the buyer to find out the legislation in force in the country of delivery. Green Brothers Switzerland SA is not responsible for any delays, customs seizures, or loss of packages during international deliveries.

Modification of the general conditions

Green Brothers Switzerland Ltd. reserves the right to unilaterally change its terms and conditions at any time. Nevertheless, the contract shall be governed by the terms and conditions in force at the time of its conclusion.

Applicable law

The design of the packaging, name and logos are the property of Green Brothers Switzerland Ltd. All copies and commercial uses are forbidden.
